The self contained cottage guest wing, with its own front door, is cosy, comfortable and attractively furnished. The accommodation consists of five rooms on two floors. All rooms have sea views except the ground floor bedroom. The apartment is suitable for 4 people (couples or singles).

Bedrooms 2 double and 1 twin: all with en suite facilities, colour TV and tea/coffee making facilities. All the rooms may be used, thereby making sleeping arrangements for singles as well as couples.

Kitchen This has a full-size gas cooker and hob, microwave, washer/dryer, refrigerator and all the usual crockery and utensils. Living Room Sitting and dining area with open fireplace, library and large picture window. This is ideal for watching wildlife on the loch and in the garden. Binoculars provided.

The property is double-glazed and has central heating throughout (for cold weather) with convector heaters and open fireplace as options during the main season.
